1. Our suite was cleaned well each morning---they even washed our dirty dishes.

2. Cons: VERY loud (I slept with the TV on though which tuned out all the noise), dirty hot tub, 'heated' pool was too cold for my kids to even want to be in, booked room wasn't available, expensive parking (although all hotels are like this downtown).

3. The only reason I did not give it a five was because we found a dirty tube sock from a previous guest on the floor of our room and the hotel was next to one of the Chicago Fire Stations, thus, sirens throughout the night.
