1. rooms were large and very cleanexcellent breakfast and breakfast room was spacious and modernthe public areas were very well keptpool and jacuzzi were a nice bonus to help relax after a hard days shoppingfront desk staff were very helpful and nothing was too much troublenice touch of fresh popcorn on arrival.

2. the hotel is surrounded by lots of good quality restaurants and bars(dont go to hard rock cafe-not worth it) withing waliking distance to the magnificent mile and hancock observatory.

8. Location is hard to beat if you want to be near Magnificent Mile etc, room was excellent for the price we paid, even allowing for the fact that prices are low at this time of year.

9. After another dip in the wonderful pool, walk on the outdoor patio, and walkout in the great fitness center, we packed, checked our bags, and walked just four blocks to the Rock n Roll McDonalds, Portellos, hard Rock Cafe, and the Rain Forest Cafe.

10. the only advice i would say is hope you can sleep hard or bring some ear plugs this hotel is right by a very busy fire station.
