1. The area is a bit loud, so take advantage of the earplugs they offer at the front desk.

4. Cons: VERY loud (I slept with the TV on though which tuned out all the noise), dirty hot tub, 'heated' pool was too cold for my kids to even want to be in, booked room wasn't available, expensive parking (although all hotels are like this downtown).

6. The Hampton Inns do cater to families so if loud noise and children grabbing food (not using the tongs provided), coughing on the food, etc.

10. Others have commented on the fire station - it is noisy at times (we were on 11th floor overlooking the station), but earplugs help a lot and it wasn't loud enough to keep any of us awake.
