1. While the room we chose (king bed suite) was very large and spacious and was very tastefully decorated and realtively clean, there is a bit of lack of upkeep evident.

6. Nothing was lacking - we had a fridge which we used a lot, a microwave and coffee maker which we didn't use at all, a chair with ottoman for reading and a great T.

9. We stayed recently for 2 nights at this property and returned very surprised to see it reviewed so positively on TripAdvisor - perhaps it says more about the lack of moderately priced properties in River North than the actual quality and value offered by this hotel.
