1. negatives:- Fire station located across the street so you hear sirens even on the 12th floor, although it's not too loud up there.

7. If there's one negative it would have to be the elevators - while 3 would seem to be enough, they are very slow (even in 'off' hours) and one of them is shared with repair/staff/cleaning crews, but it wasn't enough of an issue to keep us from coming back.
