5. 1) 15 minutes to check in - only one person working the desk at 6:00 on Tuesday night - people entering the tiny lobby were tripping over the people waiting to check in2) 1 of the 2 elevators were broken - it took another 10 minutes to get to my room3) When I got to my room - there was no room service menu, and I had to call 3 times to get it - another 40 minutes4) The next morning I discovered there was no iron and or ironing board - 3 calls and 30 minutes later I got the iron (not the board), and was late to my first meetingThis is an old place that had a coat of paint (black) slapped on it in 1999 and hasn't been touched since - don't waste your money The worst W hotel in the country by far.
