1. Everyone was very helpful and I've read some people lacked coffee / tea - all you need to do is ask.

2. I would not recommend st giles, there is a lack of attention in their faults, nobody of the staff felt responsible for that, and they started to ignore the costumer who want to solve the problem in a correct way.

10. Main difference is really the lack of bliss products and no hot food lunch/evenings, and the bar isnt as crowded.
