3. When arriving at the hotel the lobby was very crowded and our room was not ready for about 20 minutes which was an inconvenience to us because we had tickets to a show.

5. Who knows why, but the class gesture they made as a result of my inconvenience was why I stay in these hotels in the first place: a gift bag full of goodies and a personal note of apology was on my bed after my long lobby wait.

6. When we told the front desk attendant that the internal line wasn't working, she acknowedged the problem and then said 'we are switching phone companies and that is the cause for the inconvenience.
