1. Pros: Rooms are larger than most NYC rooms (and I didn't have a suite)When I called downstairs and asked for housekeeping items, the desk personnel was kind and sent it up right awayCons:noisy, noisy, noisy - I was on the 11th floor and I literally checked all of the windows twice.

2. It's not a terrible hotel, but it's EXTREMELY noisy and definitely not worth the money.

3. The bar was dark and atmospheric and the music was trendy and quite loud - not a problem for us, but I think some people have mentioned noisy rooms above the bar, which I can imagine listening to the music in there.

8. The air conditioning was effective but noisy so a good tip is to leave it on whilst you are out of the room to keep it cool and then turn it off when you are asleep.
