1. We moved rooms initially as I had booked the terrace suite after looking at the photos on the website - and the terrace they gave us first was scruffy and tiny with a rotten view.

6. We had the courtyard king room which was massive for a NYC hotel, however, they could have used some of that space for a larger bathroom which was quite tiny.

7. At one point we found a tiny insect in the bed and told the staff at the reception and they actually sanitized the whole room within an hour, which we found to be very impressing.
