1. The staff were mostly surly (except for the happy cleaners) and the adjoining bar was dark to the point of ridiculous and the breakfast cafe was only okay.

2. There is a $15 per day charge for wi-fi which is ridiculous in this day and age, although there is free wi-fi available in the teeny tiny lobby (or the nearby Starbucks).

5. First off, the hotel elevators were constantly breaking down, and an even more ridiculous thing was that the hotel blamed US for stalling the elevator.
