1. Our biggest issue however was with clunking heater pipes which happened every few hours, day and night.

2. The only thing is the road noise but then you are in NY so what do you expect - this in no way caused an issue for me as it does filter into the background.

3. As for wifi, no there isn't any but that really wasn't an issue for me as I liked having a break from the internet for a week.

6. This was a time when I guess bed bugs was running rampant in New York and we had no issues at this hotel fyi.

7. The only other issue was that on the last day of a 5 day stay our room cards wouldn't work.

8. I do wisht he closet area had more lighting as I would have done my make up in their (their is a nice counter where the mini bar is set up) We had no issues with our HVAC unit as others reported.

10. It needs maintenance, but nothing has been done about it although I had read other reviews in the past mentioning the same issue, so it must not be something new.
