1. When I asked the front desk if we could be moved, it was not a problem and we were give a 17th floor room with a balcony.

9. We only had a problem involving our room: as we were a group of three persons, our bedroom should have two double beds, but we found just one bed and a pull out sofa (that was appropriate to a child).

As we were there for 2 weeks we probably encountered most of these staff :) There were a couple of problems with the suite when we arrived (radiator leaking, light in hall closet out, squeaky closet door) which we reported when we left the room next morning and when we came back to unload at lunchtime they had all been seen to.
