5. This indicates that they pay no heed to any special requests so why ask? We reported the noisy and rattling air conditioning which was never fixed and there was constant noise from banging doors when the cleaning staff were servicing the rooms.

7. It would have saved us time and irritation if we could have known before the elevator ride up to the roof top only to be refused admittance to a noisy bar with only three patrons.

9. Only serious downside, other than the Internet charges is the noisy loading of the trash trucks directly across the street, from 11pm to 1am, seemingly every night.
