1. We stayed at the Kimberly Hotel, which was initially a little hard to find because the cab drivers don't know hotel names -- just the streets for the most part.
"Pleasant Surprise " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/10/2012 Vote
2. My only constructive criticism is that it is hard to plug a laptop into the wall at the desk in the living room, which could also use a touch more light for reading.
"What a find " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/7/2012 Vote
3. This made it hard to hear the Front Desk person - I thought this was a little tacky.
"Perfect location, great deal, clean, okay condition " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/29/2011 Vote
4. But this is midtown Manhattan - we hardly expected it to be an oasis of peace and quiet.
"Will definitely be first choice for next stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/1/2011 Vote
5. I called front desk to complain, and they said they could not move me to another room (very f***ing hard to believe that this could not be done).
"If you want a place to sleep --- this is NOT the place for you " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/4/2010 Vote

7. The rooftop terrace for drinks / breakfast would have been a big plus, but the weather was pretty dreadful, and at the weekend the hotel was so full it was hard to get a seat for breakfast, and the buffet involved lots of queuing and waiting - but nonetheless a good buffet, they just struggled to keep filling it up.
"A great choice for midtown NYC " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/29/2010 Vote
8. No one was bussing tables when got up there and it was hard to know what was available for seating.
"Could be awesome, but not quite " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/22/2010 Vote
9. In conclusion, if you are looking for a spacious room then this hotel is hard to beat for the price, but this room in particular and the elevators are in need of serious refurbishment and the service was pretty poor.
"Spacious rooms, lousy service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/29/2009 Vote
10. I pulled the thick comforter onto the floor next to the bed and tried to sleep there, but that was too hard so it hurt too much to sleep.
"Bed too soft for my back - ouch! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/12/2009 Vote
