4. Overall I do agree that that suite and interior is excellent but management not to expectations and lack of well trained personal leaves you an unpleasant stay.

7. The only drawback was we tried to talk to the manager Annie about booking a party as we were in town for a wedding and was disappointed in her lack of knowledge, after repeatedly trying to get in touch with her.
