1. Only complaint is not only do they charge for Internet (my pet peeve) but per device which is silly.

4. I am always greeted with a smile and a can do attitude and even when i send large packages in advance of my many meetings, they are delivered to my room without complaint.

6. My only complaint was that we were there for my daughter to compete in a dance competiton and we did not get much sleep our first night there.

7. Check in and out was a breeze and it was close to lots (how can you not be in NY?)The ONLY complaint we had was that we attempted to go to the roof top lounge twice during our one night stay and both times it was closed.
