1. The lobby is tiny and cramped, and as this is the only area for free wifi and it was slow, I barely took advantage of it, opting instead for the super fast, free McDs around the corner.

2. Given that in NY hotel rooms are usually quite cramped, this one was huge with a kitchenette at the entry, large seating area, balcony, good sized bedroom and tons of closets.
