3. It isnt really an 'Inn' , more of a bed and breakfast but with facilities and a genuine friendliness that shame many 5 star hotels in the city that go for twice the price or more.

4. I have not been there for a few years now and I hear the prices have gone up, which would be a shame and I have marked it down a bit because of this - it is still a place to go on a small-medium budget (as much as one can in NY).
