1. We didnt find the stairs a problem (we stayed in a suite at the front on the 3rd floor) but they could be if you arent fit although the guys carry your luggage upstairs and down for you.

2. Our room was on the ground floor so we did get a bit of street noise (nothing unexpected) but there was an electronic sleep aid which we turned on and hummed away to drown out any noise so it was never a problem.

3. My room with private bath was clean and comfortable and was in the back, making it very quiet (there is a small school in the back with kids out playing during the day, but I didn't find this to be a problem).

4. But this would only be a problem if you had a mobility issue.

5. I had a problem with the door of the room and it was quickly resolved and resulted in an upgrade to a new room.

6. The rooms are on the small side and there is no elevator (you could have to walk up 5 flights of stairs, so if that's a problem make sure you ask for a room on a lower floor when you book).

7. Again, we loved this but could see where this may be a problem if you are a person with allergies.

8. It wasn't a problem for us and (in my opinion) added to the charm of the place.

9. There is no elevator, so if the idea of climbing stairs to get to your room is a problem, you may want to see about a ground floor room.

10. The manager denied there was a problem, but after he processed a refund for the remaining nights we had prepaid, I went back up to the room and saw that they had stripped the sheets off the bed, the room smelled of pesticide, and there were two cans of bedbug spray on the floor.
