Al and Jay both provided their mobiles for me to check in on the
error
through the process and were terrific.

After an staff
error
on check in (which led to our US dollar Visa card being charged twice for the total for the 5 day stay) Al and Jay bent over backwards to rectify the situation, spending time on the phone to my bank, checking in to see the
error
had been reversed and ultimately providing us with a $50 rebate.

They also delivered flowers to our room with a handwritten card apologising for their
error
and imploring us to not hesitate to let them know if any other problems presented.
