7. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable - no complaints at all except the floor was on quite a slope and I found myself quite dizzy a lot of the time after walking up the 5 flights and then feeling at an angle sometimes but it was no big deal.

8. well the stairs just became easier and easier each day - and were not a problem at all - the rooms were fabulous with the option to open my window and hear the leaves rustle - go figure - NY? I have at the Park Plaza, the Peninsula and the Lowell and I will be returning to the Chelsea Pines Inn - for many more visits - biggest complaint? they did not have a tea pot - I will bring one for them on my next stay so that won't be an issue.
