1. There is no elevator that I know of, so that could be an issue for disabled guests.

5. The only drawback is the flights of stairs-absolutely no trouble for us but if you had some issues with this then you would need to request a room on a lower floor (we were on level 4).

7. The room was very comfortable and clean if narrow- being an old building - and was on the 4th floor but the staff carried our bags upstairs so the stairs were no issue.

9. My only issue with the room is that it is quite small, having said that it is listed as a 'single' room and that's pretty much what it is.

10. The only minor issue I experienced during my stay is that the free wireless internet was sometimes flaky - a trip to the breakfast room or the business centre allowed me the access I needed though and frankly, while you're on holiday, you probably shouldn't be using your computer.
