1. Easy to get to the Village and into Soho, and the subway just next door (have change or you'll find it hard getting a ticket.

3. But why? Didn't you just spend 5-10 hours on a plane and a zillion dollars for that plane ticket to get to NYC? Don't you want to experience New York like a 'New Yorker?' ) Besides the fact that Tom, Jay, Al and all of the staff (including our favorite hard working PR kitty, Charlie) are warm and kind, you also get the authentic feel of living in NYC by staying here.
