4. Please DO NOT stay at the Wingate - unfortunately, this is one of my company's preferred hotels and this is my second attempt (my preferred options were all booked out) at staying in this hotel and the last.

6. unfortunately, it is a small hotel (only six rooms per floor) and it is very hard to get a quiet room.

7. It was a little unfortunate that two high school dance teams were staying at the hotel (teenage girls - you figure it out) but it was a weekend so I guess we can`t really complain.

8. unfortunately I`ve to confirm the main fault that other users have recorded: air conditioning is extremely noisy and I was compelled to turn it off; this can be a significant discomfort in the hottest periods of the year.

9. Refrigerator and microwave in room; unfortunately, the coffee maker is one of those one-cup machines, but no mind, we brought our own 4 cup drip pot.
