1. With only 6-8 rooms on a floor there wasn't a lot of noise in the halls and we faced away from the street (although the street seemed to have minimal traffic so that may not be an issue).

10. once we started telling him our issues we had with the hotel he just responded by saying that the Wingate does not reserve room types, they just reserve the room.
