3. this hotel cost me a big promotion because of the terrible cell phone reception i went to the front desk and tried to change my room due to the low signal they explained that the whole hotel has poor reception but they do offer free calling from the room phone to all 50 states my boss tried to call my cell phone over 20 times and could not reach me wich lead to me missing a big promotion i paid 175.

7. After my second night of poor sleep I asked if there were any rooms in the back of the hotel that were NOT next to an ice machine - there were, but not if you want a king bed.

8. Bathroom soapies are poor (no bath/shower gel) and not changed daily, but the sheets and towels were certainly replaced, and after a little cajoling the front desk found me two feather pillows to replace the foam bricks which are supplied as standard.
