1. I have marked it down a bit on value, solely because there isn't a value for money hotel in Manhattan - they all are overpriced.

2. I booked this hotel after extensive reseach on the internet, most hotels were hugely overpriced for the time we wanted to travel, I admit this was not the cheapest but it certainly wasn`t anywhere near the most expensive.

3. Rooms had flat screen TV, on wall, also came with microwave and mini fridge, coffee maker, no mini bar stocked with overpriced items.
