1. the staff in the free breakfast area, except for Sunday ,was not very polite and when you asked for items that should have been out they were rude and seemed to try to avoid getting it for you, they actually would walk away remove dishes from a table (which they never wiped off any table just removed used dishes) and sometimes I had to actually ask several times.

2. Pros:- Big rooms, well furnished, clean, nice bathroom, nice toiletries- Free internet and local calls- Good locationCons:- food, free breakfast is edible but very average- service, staff can be hit and miss, some are friendly and helpful, others were short and quite rude- hotel outside your room itself is sub par.
