1. this hotel cost me a big promotion because of the terrible cell phone reception i went to the front desk and tried to change my room due to the low signal they explained that the whole hotel has poor reception but they do offer free calling from the room phone to all 50 states my boss tried to call my cell phone over 20 times and could not reach me wich lead to me missing a big promotion i paid 175.

4. After this terrible stay we decided to contact corporate customer service, they were by far the rudest customer service personnel I have ever encountered they took down the complaint and said that someone would contact us before Dec.

6. While there is a terrible view (typical NYC narrow street 'canyon' with trash on the sidewalk each morning) it was only a block from the west entrance to Macy`s and about two blocks to the Empire State Building.
