2. The room was extremley crammed, even by NY standard, one very small window,with no view, other then a brick wall, the furniture and fixtures, were old and dated, and carpeting was stained.

10. We have stayed right in Times Square at much larger hotels (for 4X the price) however this was by far the best hotel we have been at to date in NYC.
