1. Oh, and every other morning the breakfast meat option is that curious deep fried or grilled pork fat that seems to pass as bacon in the USA,Positives - in your room there is a white noise machine and earplugs to dull the dumpster noise and the management recognises it as a problem.

2. It also had a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and a 'sound machine' to block noise, but as the hotel faces a not-so-busy street, it was uneccessary.

3. With only 6-8 rooms on a floor there wasn't a lot of noise in the halls and we faced away from the street (although the street seemed to have minimal traffic so that may not be an issue).

7. There is early morning noises from the bin men, but not as bad as it would be if you stayed on times square, as the hotel is down a side street.
