3. As for a former comment about being dark and scary,I was never scared walking down the street with my wife from wherever we had been in New York,I actually felt safer walking the streets at night in New York than in my home city of Manchester Uk.

4. Our only concern before we arrived was that we had read one review which said that the area was a bit dark and scary at night time, we did not find this at all.
