1. snooty staff -- please nicest group of kids you can imagine that work like dogs for obnoxious people who treat THEM rudely, because they feel since they are paying premium prices people should 'jump' for them.

4. I`ve stayed there a few times so I`m not going to let the one time somebody knocked on the door when the privacy sign was up really influence my opinion, nor will I worry about the occasional snooty staff member--this happens everyhwere and is usually just an isolated incident.
