You can hear a bit of street noise, but I live in the city, so this wasn't a
problem
& you really can't hear very much of it.

with the heating in our room, a techinician arrived in 10 minutes to fix it.

The next morning they had figured out what the
problem
was and moved us and our stuff to a new room (same room category but the room was nicer, even though a little smaller) away from the J Crew.
