1. I just find it a relaxing place to stay because it's not stuffed or pretentious and the staff never let up in trying to make you comfy.

2. although concierge is not like those can-do-anything concierges at some 5 star hotels, the staff did their best to be accomodating and wasn`t pretentious at all.
