1. Only downside - service in Bar and Restuarant a bit slow and off (for a place that gets everyting else right hard to believe - do they do it on purpose)After staying at Mercer I am a downtown convert.

2. )the only downside is that you have to hunt about a bit to find the more reasonably priced restaurants as it is in a touristy area of NY.
