1. unfortunately we went to park after being out and found people not registered at the hotel using the lot, so we had no where to park after paying the hotel $25 a night.

2. We were at this hotel December 12 thru the 14th, 2008The Marseilles Hotel on 17th and Collins in South Beach is a cute property with potential but unfortunately it looks like years of neglect and profit taking has relegated this hotel to a dirty, noisy, irritating experience.

3. unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning and room temp remained between 75 & 78 degrees.
