3. Couple of things which prevented me from assigning the highest rating:- facilities are not brand-new, sometimes it looks like renovation is needed- it is not a quiet place - esp.

9. The Hotel is being renovated ( much needed) and some things like the one guest ice machine for 9 floors that didn't work but again within 5 minutes we had ice at our door.
