2. The only problem we had was that there was no parking at the hotel, so we had to park at a public garage about 5 blocks away.

3. This was clearly a lie as other hotels in the area had no such problems with flight cancellations & informed me thet if a guest needed to stay over when the room was reserved they would be moved to alternative accomodations.

4. How many businesses admit a problem a and then fix it for you?? My advice: Book early and call the hotel front desk to confirm that they are expecting you.

6. I don 't want to say all negative sites of it, but the main problem is that they charged me for mini bar that was in the room without letting me know that it is going to be an extra charge.

7. Fair for what we paid, (the a/c is very old school and funky but it was spring and still cool so not a problem.

8. The only problem we had was a group of extremely loud and drunk kids in the room next to us who obviously never knew how to use the door handle so they kept slamming the door.

10. We had a minor problem with one of the toilets in our room and a repairman was there within 5 minutes to fix it.
