1. ) Following my own discovery I requested a room exchange and was told that there were no rooms of similar or better quality to my current room at a further distance from the construction noise.

3. When we arrived at the hotel I was expecting for it not to look great because many of the hotels at South Beach are renovated and were originally constructed in the 40s.
