1. Don't rent it from Thrifty, they are expensive, they ask for $75 for 24 hours, Aloha Scooters rents you the mopeds for $45 for 24 hours.

3. The hotel is located on 17th street on Collins Avenue so it's a short walk to Ocean Drive with all the restaurants, expensive mind you.

4. If you want to spend all your time in your room instead of outside enjoying all that Miami has to offer then you should get a room at one of the more expensive/high class hotels.

5. Moises is the best bartender in South Beach, drinks are expensive (same everywhere) but he is entertaining and attentive beyond what you will find elsewhere.

10. We had an Ocean Front Deluxe room, a little more expensive, but more spacieus than the ordinary room (they're not too big) and an excellent view of the beach and ocean.
