1. Bad A/C, noisy A/C, awful bed, on two of the rooms the bath door didn't close, completely dirty, service people really noisy pretty early, 0 acoustic isolation from aisles, etc.

5. We were at this hotel December 12 thru the 14th, 2008The Marseilles Hotel on 17th and Collins in South Beach is a cute property with potential but unfortunately it looks like years of neglect and profit taking has relegated this hotel to a dirty, noisy, irritating experience.

7. There were no roaches, the lounge chairs appeared new (not torned/ripped), the grounds were well kept, hotel wasn't noisy, nice pool and easy access to the beach, air conditioned rooms, the staff was friendly and I never had to wait more than 1 minute for the elevator.
