2. That said, it is evident that they do not maintain it all that much - peeling paint, you can tell it's old, etc.

3. That old Miami art/deco nostalgic crap about the bathrooms is no excuse for peeling paint on the painted tubs, broken ceramic fixtures, vanities with rotted wood under the countertop lip, and broken windows.
