4. Its not that the tuscan inn is terrible for the price, its just not nearly as wonderful as you would expect after reading all the reviews on this site, especially in the cleanliness department.

8. Room 402, was the suite, large bathrooom, no closet space, nice room, fireplace, but the sofa bed was terrible.
