(c) Restaurant very expensive and only ate there because of the voucher for 1 night staff arrogant also charged us for items we did not have felt very uncomfortable (d) On second stay room only had 1 shutter complained and comment was the problem had not been reported did get another room but it was more hassle especially as it did not get to hotel till 1 in the morning as there were delays on the train.
