4. The thing that started my slip into slight negativity was upon arrival I was asked for a card so he could charge 500 dollars to it as insurance.

9. one final note is that the barman 'Seth' is a huge credit and assest to the hotel and is a delight to chat to allways in motion and never seeming to stop for one second unless he is serving you of course :pthe only negative thing's i will say is that the coffee maker in the room is a dreadfull waste of space and thee coffee pods and i stick of sugar and 2 pouches of milk a day is ridiculas there are no tea coffee making facilitys in the rooms to be honest as the coffee maker is just plain crazy.

10. The only negative point was that when we booked our airport transfer through the hotel, we were charged $10 more than the going rate.
