1. The shuttle to the airport is only $15 per person but expect an experience of a drive, rude driver and took us through streets we tried to avoid on our visit.

2. I'm not stupid and I understand to a certain extent the policies that must be enforced, but working in sales and customer service myself, that particular member of staff was rude, unhelpful, and made me regret paying my hard earned money to stay there, only for my wife to be treated like a junkie that walked in off the street.
"Decent hotel, good location, but BAD EXPERIENCE " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/29/2011 Vote
3. that particular member of staff was on a power trip and was a rude and horrible person.

8. Hotel staff that checked us in was friendly; however, the staff for the remainder of our 5-day visit seemed almost "put out" that we were there; not really rude but certainly not very friendly.
"Great Hotel - Not so great staff " Read full review on Expedia   1/30/2010 Vote
9. Wine hour was welcome but it was Two Buck Chuck (not that I don't drink that) but it is really $2 a bottle at Trader Joes in California, $3 in NJ, so the admonishion on the sign that only two (meagerly poured) glasses per person was a bit unnecessary and kind of rude to guests.
"Good Location Small Rooms Some charm " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/26/2009 Vote
10. The staff is very rude and doesn't seem to care at all about their guests.
"Did we all stay in the same hotel?? " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/22/2009 Vote
