1. The not so good features = no wireless Internet in the room, stains on the carpet, treadmills in exercise rooms did not work good, getting in and out of the resort can be a bit tricky, and they only give you two dishwasher tablets.

3. No pillows or sheets for the rust stained sofabed later that night which were not there when we needed them, limited supplies in the unit, we can pick up some items at the desk but we have to go down to fetch them, dirty floors and stained carpet, hard to find luggage carts.

4. The dining chairs are dirty and badly stained with what looks like baby throw up in places, ,the furniture has nicks in it with no effort to detail or cover up.

7. Only problems we had were one of the pillowcases was stained and we called twice to have that replaced, and the refridgerator wasn't cold enough.

8. Overall great location, great accomodations, but some of the carpets in the room did look quite dirty as in stains, a little carpet cleaning would have given this a perfect 5.
