1. It was only spoilt by an American couple who were playing a radio loudly whilst they sat on their 3rd floor balcony with the doors wide open, they had to shout to each other to have a conversation.

3. The road Blue Heron is on is sort of loud and busy plenty of restaurants, condo resorts, 7-11, Walgreens, but in your backyard - you have a great peaceful lake.

9. 1st - on their web they said they ar 5 star but when we got there we found out that they have 4 stars2nd- their keys did not work on the elevator and we went back and force to get that fixed3rd - their whirlpool bathtub did not work for our 6 day stay4th - when we asked them to fix the whirlpool tub they ignored it and never fixed it they just casually said sorry for the inconvenience 5th - on the 4th day the key did not work to let us in the room we went down 3 times then finally they came and fixed it6th - the swimming pool is full of dead bugs7th - beds make loud noise when you turn from one side to another and they are very uncomfortable8th - the doors squeeck loudly.

10. The hallways are covered open corridors so everything is loud and echos whether its people walking by your window or door, talking or even closing their doors.
